Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Repairs and Maintenance division. This position plays a crucial role in a collaborative call center environment, providing essential support to our operational team in delivering exceptional service to clients, including Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to tenant inquiries regarding repair services and effectively addressing their concerns.
  • Utilizing company software to accurately process orders for client invoicing.
  • Updating records with all resident interactions to ensure clear communication.
  • Evaluating supervisory or trade reports to determine necessary actions for repair resolutions.
  • Resolving minor complaints directly during calls.
  • Maintaining logs and monitoring requests for variations.
  • Managing and responding to emails from contract mailboxes.
  • Addressing payment inquiries from both subcontractors and clients.
  • Collaborating with Supervisors and tradespeople to organize and schedule work efficiently.
  • Ordering necessary equipment for operational tasks.
  • Keeping all activities documented and up-to-date with precision.
  • Liaising with on-site staff to provide updates on progress.
  • Adhering to and promoting policies, procedures, and initiatives related to sustainability and environmental compliance.
