Customer Service Technician

We're seeking a Customer Services Technician to join our Customer Services team in our Teesside region. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Main Responsibilities- Carrying out defect repairs in occupied properties with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Liaising with nominated contractors and suppliers to coordinate remedial works in occupied homes.
- Working closely with your Line Manager to develop effective solutions to complex remedial activities.
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues, particularly site teams.
- Liaising with the Customer Service Hub to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Managing tasks effectively and meeting charter timescales.
- Providing professional, courteous, and dignified service to customers, internal colleagues, external colleagues, and subcontractors alike.
You'll need a sound understanding of NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines, as well as the ability to use your own initiative to problem-solve. A clean driving license and time-served tradesperson experience are also essential.
