About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Services Technician to join our Customer Services team in the Teesside region.
The ideal candidate will have a clean driving license, be a skilled tradesperson with excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. They'll be a team player with a keen eye for detail, able to demonstrate empathy and sympathy when dealing with customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carrying out defect repairs in occupied properties
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to coordinate remedial works
- Working with the Line Manager to find effective solutions to complex issues
- Building positive relationships with colleagues, particularly site teams
- Liaising with the Customer Service Hub regarding completed or ongoing work
- Meeting deadlines and acting professionally with customers and colleagues
You'll also need a solid understanding of NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines and be able to use your initiative to problem-solve.
