Customer Service Technician

We're seeking a Customer Services Technician to join our Customer Services team in our Teesside region. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Main Responsibilities- Carrying out defect repairs in occupied properties with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with nominated contractors and suppliers to coordinate remedial works in occupied homes, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Working closely with your Line Manager to promote effective solutions to complex remedial activity, driving continuous improvement.
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues, particularly site teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Liaising with the Customer Service Hub to ensure accurate and timely updates on completed or ongoing remedial activity.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Acting professionally, courteously, and with dignity at all times, upholding the core values of Miller Homes.
You'll need a sound understanding of NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines, as well as the ability to use your own initiative to problem-solve and make informed decisions. A clean driving license and time-served tradesperson experience are also essential.
