You will work closely with Field Line Managers to tackle any issues and minimize customer no-shows.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls across the UK
- Boost engineer productivity by planning their schedules and ensuring they have everything they need
- Use our resources efficiently, including subcontractors, to minimize delays
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials for customer visits, working with suppliers to meet customer expectations
- Assist field activities by providing job details to engineers, processing payments for additional services, and scheduling follow-up visits
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
- Basic computer skills

- Experience in scheduling or planning
