Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities

  • Become an integral part of our Installation and Maintenance Operations Team, assisting in the effective management of daily operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, installers, and external logistics providers to ensure project adherence and compliance.
  • Review, process, and upload compliance documentation generated from client retail fixture installations.
  • Address and resolve any compliance-related issues that may arise during the installation process.
  • Oversee installer administration tasks, including hotel bookings, managing parking fines, and processing requests.
  • Coordinate and manage various Airport Booking systems through phone and email communications, ensuring timely compliance with airport pass deadlines.
  • Support the resourcing and scheduling of installation teams effectively.
  • Assist installers in preparing the necessary stock for a variety of installation projects.
  • Engage in personal development to become a proficient Business Administrator, with opportunities for advancement within the team.
