Nursing Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our Wycombe Adult Community Healthcare Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the community.
Main Duties of the JobThe successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of nursing activities, including:
- Supporting Community Nurses in various nursing tasks
- Facilitating discharges from hospital and end-of-life care
- Providing holistic patient assessments, medication administration, wound and pressure area care, and catheter management

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
- Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification
- GCSE Grade A-C/Level 4-9 in Maths & English or skills functional level 2 Maths & English or equivalent
The successful candidate will have:
- Newly qualified accepted
It is desirable for the candidate to have:
- Experience in the community
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal, and non-verbal communication) with patients, relatives, and carers and all members of the multi-disciplinary team
