We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at Texcel. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that our IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
- Configure and maintain Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory systems
- Assist with system builds, software installations, and configuration
- Manage IT inventory and asset management
