As the Facilities & Compliance Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring a secure and conducive environment for both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance, operation, and security of the educational institution's buildings and infrastructure.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent health and safety standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive inventories and records for servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular assessments to guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate installations, renovations, and procurement of supplies and contractors.
  • Address daily challenges related to premises and facilities.
  • Provide financial evaluations and negotiate pricing and contract proposals.
  • Respond to emergencies concerning the educational facilities.
  • Possess an understanding of equality issues and special educational needs.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities/property management is preferred.
  • Qualifications in Construction or Facilities Management are advantageous.
  • Experience in the independent special education sector is desirable.
