Love Recruitment is seeking a committed Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure our esteemed gym operates at its highest standards. This position is ideal for someone who finds fulfillment in maintaining a pristine and secure fitness space without the stress of sales targets.

As the Facility Operations Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance and health and safety protocols, guaranteeing that our gym is consistently in optimal condition. You will be the primary contact for managing equipment care, hygiene standards, and compliance with regulations. Your proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail will enable us to provide an exceptional experience for our members.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain all gym facilities and equipment.
  • Implement health and safety measures to ensure a secure environment.
  • Lead cleanliness initiatives in collaboration with our cleaning team.
  • Develop strategies for waste management and energy conservation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Enhance member experience by resolving operational challenges and supporting member services.
  • Promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and members.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in operations or maintenance, preferably in wellness or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Outlook).
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification with a passion for performance and functional training.
  • Eligibility to work and reside in the UK; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
