As a Strategic Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading client engagements, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services.

- Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations and deliverables.
- Present Findings: Present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity, relevance, and actionable insights.
- Contribute to Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the value we provide to our clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD) preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and managing project teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.
- Client Relationships: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels of an organisation.
