About the Role:

Stoke Park, a historic luxury estate, is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Administrator to join their team. This is a newly created role to support the Head of Health and Safety in all aspects of health and safety management, including audits, record-keeping, training, and system management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Health and Safety in developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies, procedures, and safe systems of work to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidance.
  • Conduct accident and near-miss investigations to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
  • Monitor and drive the implementation of corrective and preventative actions arising from health and safety activities, including risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Prepare health and safety reports to ensure stakeholders have timely and accurate information.
  • Ensure contractors on site provide necessary documentation before work commences.
  • Maintain and update records of safety audits, plans, and reports.
  • Manage and update accident and near-miss data base.
  • Collate and file safety documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Intermediate+ IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A positive attitude, strong team player, and a natural completer-finisher.
  • Confident, engaging, and clear communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and take initiative, with excellent interpersonal skills.
