Senior Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Operations Coordinator to join our team at Urenco Global. As a key member of our Communications department, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Head of Communications and global Communications team.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide proactive support to the Head of Communications, including inbox and diary management, arranging domestic and international travel, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Event Planning: Develop and implement a detailed events plan, organizing key internal and external events, including conferences, reward and recognition events, employee events, briefings, seminars, workshops, forums, receptions, dinners, and attendance at key conferences.
- Communications and Social Impact: Monitor and submit communications and social impact annual budgets and reports, including in-year estimates and 10-year business plans. Work with a wide range of colleagues to develop and deliver Urenco's social impact program, including building strategic partnerships with other organizations.
- Communications Department Administration: Carry out communications department administration, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, distributing meeting agendas and action lists, and supporting the coordination of the publication of key announcements, events, and other communication activity.
- Administrative Experience: Proven administrative experience working at a senior level, specifically organizing complex travel itineraries and diary-management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of people, both internal and external.
- Organizational and Planning Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills in relation to events.
- Communications Experience: Experience of communications with senior levels of management.
- Initiative and Prioritization: Ability to work on own initiative and manage/prioritize own workload.
- Adaptability: Great ability to respond to changing priorities.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience of using Content Management Systems is desirable.
