Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health and Safety Administrator to join our team at Stoke Park. As a key member of our Health and Safety department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Health and Safety in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety policies, procedures, and safe systems of work to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidance.
- Monitor and drive the implementation of corrective and preventative actions arising from health and safety activities, including accident investigations, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of safety audits, plans, and reports, as well as accident and near miss data.
- Collate and file safety documentation, including contractor's documentation and safety reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Health and Safety, including preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate+ IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
