Clinical Research Nurse/Midwife Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nurse/Midwife to join our dynamic research team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Clinical Research Nurse/Midwife, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the day-to-day management of research studies, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day management of research studies, including patient recruitment, data collection, and sample processing.
- Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to champion research and ensure seamless integration with clinical practice.
- Develop and maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on research-related topics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research protocols, ensuring alignment with Trust policies and guidelines.

NMC Nurse/Midwifery Registration.Graduate level qualification in a relevant discipline, or be working towards one.Evidence of continuous personal, professional, and academic development.Knowledge and experience in clinical research and clinical trials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a small team, as well as part of the wider multidisciplinary team.-
