Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nurse or Midwife to join our dynamic research team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Clinical Research Nurse/Midwife, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the day-to-day management of our research portfolio, working collaboratively with clinical colleagues to champion research and provide outstanding care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of research studies, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and processing.
  • Collaborate with clinical colleagues to identify and recruit patients for clinical trials, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to Trust policies and guidelines.
  • Work flexibly to meet service needs, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

NMC Nurse/Midwifery Registration.Graduate level qualification in a relevant discipline, or be working towards one.Experience in clinical research or clinical trials, with knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice.Excellent computer literacy and presentation skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team, with a commitment to achieving objectives.
