Spanish Language Support Specialist

Permanent Opportunity

Prince Personnel Limited

Competitive Salary: £26,000 - £29,000

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Spanish speaking customer services professional to join a successful and growing business. Based within their busy international customer services department, you will be liaising extensively with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Liaise with colleagues and management to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the international customer services department.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
