We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire and Security Chief Engineer to join our team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and performance of our fire and security systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality fire and security solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and senior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and implement engineering procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR Department and Management to identify training needs within the business and assist in recording personal development for employees.
- Monitor and report on the performance of engineers and provide feedback to improve their performance.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire and security engineering, preferably with experience in CCTV, fire, access control, and intruder systems.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of engineers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Full UK driving license and a clean criminal record, as all engineers must be DBS checked.
