We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a committed individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Worker in either the Surgical Ward or Outpatient Department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to deliver essential pre and post-operative care to a diverse patient population.

  • Essential Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 & Clinical Experience*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the healthcare team in delivering outstanding patient care
  • Providing support and monitoring for patients
  • Alerting relevant personnel to any significant changes in patient conditions
  • Adhering to hospital protocols for patient transfers

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant / Clinical Support Worker in a medical environment is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 certification is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with ECGs, blood tests, and patient monitoring
