Job Opportunity: Clinical Support Worker
Spire Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join their team as a Clinical Support Worker. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
About the Role
- Assist the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.
- Contribute to the support and monitoring of patients, providing a positive and reassuring presence.
- Identify and report any significant changes in patient health and well-being to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Assist with the movement of patients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as an HCA/CSW (or equivalent) in a clinical environment is essential.
- NVQ Level 3 is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teamwork and patient interaction.
- Experience in taking ECGs, blood pressures, and patient observations is desirable.
