Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our Community Reablement Team in Chatham. As a Physiotherapy Specialist, you will work closely with patients in an inpatient setting, providing expert physiotherapy services to support their recovery and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Community Reablement Team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Qualified Physiotherapist with a strong background in community health and rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Car driver is preferable but not essential.
