About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining purchase orders and site documentation.
  • Verifying invoices within the system, approving payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Assisting in the creation and dissemination of plant-related reports and returns.
  • Ensuring the plant management system is consistently updated.
  • Communicating with suppliers and site supervisors through various channels.
  • Coordinating equipment testing and managing the distribution of compliance certificates.
  • Handling various administrative tasks, including phone inquiries and filing.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive outlook.
  • Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive with strong multitasking abilities.

Working Conditions:

The position offers a structured work schedule with a total of 37.5 hours per week. The compensation for this role is competitive, reflecting the candidate's experience.
