Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the filing and archiving of purchase orders and site documentation.
- Verify invoices against the internal system, authorize payments, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in generating and distributing plant-related reports and returns.
- Maintain the plant management system with up-to-date information.

Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in an office administrative capacity.

Working Conditions: The role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with standard hours from Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00, and Friday: 08:30 – 16:30 (including a one-hour lunch break). The salary for this position is competitive, up to approximately £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
