ICTS Europe is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients\u2019 premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage access control systems to ensure secure entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, car parks, and grounds to detect and deter potential security threats.
  • Respond to customer requests and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Verify and challenge ID passes to ensure only authorized personnel have access to secure areas.
  • Activate and deactivate alarms as necessary to maintain a secure environment.
  • Unlock and lock buildings, rooms, external barriers, and gates to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Identify and report Health & Safety issues and provide first aid if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related activities using computer-based systems.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience as a Corporate Security Officer, with a strong background in access control and surveillance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and security-related software.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of security awareness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license.
  • Five years\u2019 checkable history and references.
  • Pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
