Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator Maternity Cover Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our HR recruitment team, you will be responsible for advertising and finding the best channels to sell the benefits of working at St Joseph's Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Take the lead on all aspects of advertising vacancies, sourcing and analysing appropriate cost-effective advertising methods
- Monitor recruitment needs and provide updates to the senior leadership team
- Seek out, organise and attend recruitment fairs and relevant networking events throughout the year
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, experience in advertising or recruitment, and the ability to work well to deadlines. Although ideally you should have experience in advertising or recruitment, we would welcome applications from candidates who have recently left college or university having studied a relevant business or sales and marketing course.
