Contract Recruitment Specialist

St Joseph's Specialist Trust is seeking a highly skilled Contract Recruitment Specialist to join their HR recruitment team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for advertising and finding the best channels to sell the benefits of working at St Joseph's Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on all aspects of advertising vacancies
- Sourcing and analysing appropriate cost-effective advertising methods
- Monitoring recruitment needs and providing updates to the senior leadership team
- Seeking out, organising and attending recruitment fairs and relevant networking events
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Adept at using a range of social media
- Tech savvy with empathy and patience with candidates and firm negotiating skills with agencies
- Experience in advertising or recruitment, or relevant business or sales and marketing course
