Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator Maternity Cover Position

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for promoting our school and college to potential candidates, managing our social media presence, and coordinating the recruitment process.
About the RoleThis is a temporary appointment, covering a maternity leave, and will be based on a 22.5 hour per week contract. You will work closely with our recruitment team to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process, including managing our social media presence, creating and scheduling posts, and responding to candidate inquiries.

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, managing candidate applications, and conducting interviews
- Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders
St Joseph's Specialist Trust is a registered charitable trust comprising a special needs school, college, registered children's home, and adult supported living houses. Our school and college students are aged 5-19 with severe and complex social communication and learning disabilities. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
