Marketing and Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Recruitment Specialist to join our HR recruitment team at St Joseph's Specialist Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advertising and finding the best channels to sell the benefits of working at St Joseph's Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on all aspects of advertising vacancies, sourcing and analysing appropriate cost-effective advertising methods
- Monitor recruitment needs and provide updates to the senior leadership team
- Seek out, organise and attend recruitment fairs and relevant networking events throughout the year
- Work closely with the Recruitment and HR administration team to ensure that essential safer recruitment practices are followed
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with candidates and agencies
- Experience in advertising or recruitment, or relevant business or sales and marketing course
- Initiative, organised and able to work well to deadlines
- Ability to work remotely with occasional weekend work
