Marketing Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As a key member of our HR recruitment team, you will be responsible for advertising and finding the best channels to sell the benefits of working at our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Take the lead on all aspects of advertising vacancies, sourcing and analysing appropriate cost-effective advertising methods
- Monitor recruitment needs and provide updates to the senior leadership team
- Seek out, organise and attend recruitment fairs and relevant networking events throughout the year
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Experience in advertising or recruitment, or relevant business or sales and marketing course
- Ability to work well to deadlines and be highly organised
