Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rework process to ensure timely shipment and accurate declaration of inbounds with correct Harmonized System (HS) codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bi-annual stock takes, requiring travel to the Netherlands
  • Oversee rework processes for sales and domestic orders, including rework and invoices
  • Maintain commodity codes and material master data for all products on our SAP system
  • Effectively manage the Logistics Execution (LE) and Material Management (MM) modules on SAP and ERP systems
  • Perform daily filing and general office housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration function, preferably in the CCTV industry
  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Intermediate and Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • A clean driving license
  • Proficiency in Korean and English languages, with European language skills desirable
