About the Role:

The Royal Garden Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our Origin Restaurant Kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service and contributing to the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a consistent standard of food service, ensuring that all dishes meet the hotel's high standards.
  • Ensure that the service is properly set up and on time for each service period, maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Prepare all food to recipes designated by the Chef, adhering to the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
  • Complete all mise en place before service, ensuring that all ingredients and equipment are ready for use.
  • Maintain awareness of the agreed standards of food preparation and service at all times, making adjustments as necessary to meet the hotel's expectations.
