About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Harrods. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing ingredients, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize ingredients for menu items
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Assist in the preparation of menu items
  • Ensure the smooth operation of kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with the Chef de Partie to achieve kitchen goals

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of hospitality experience, preferably within a high-volume and/or branded restaurant environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a good attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. In return, you will be given all the training and support you need to develop your kitchen career at Harrods.

  • Competitive hourly salary of up to £15
  • Set contracted hours (45 per week) - paid additional working hours at an overtime rate of x1.5 p/h
