About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Harrods. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing ingredients, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organize ingredients for menu items
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Assist in the preparation of menu items
  • Ensure the smooth operation of kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with the Chef de Partie to achieve kitchen goals
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for food and drink, and experience working in a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotel environment. You will have excellent time-management skills, a strong customer focus, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will also have a good attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary package of up to £15 p/h
  • Set contracted hours - paid additional working hours at an overtime rate of 1.5 p/h
  • Minimal late evenings by industry standard - majority finished by 10pm
