Job Title: Events Coordinator for the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team at the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Foundation's headquarters building and its facilities, as well as organizing and supervising events held at our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Foundation's headquarters building and its facilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
  • Organize and supervise events held at our premises, including charity events, awards ceremonies, and other functions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Update and develop the Foundation's website and social media presence, including creating engaging content and managing online platforms.
  • Assist with awards ceremonies, including collating information, processing data, creating presentations, and coordinating logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to the Foundation's staff, including greeting visitors, processing financial tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with website management and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
