Conference Minute Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Minute Taker to efficiently manage and document minutes during Child Protection Conferences. Your role will involve ensuring accurate records of discussions and decisions made during meetings.
Employment Type:
Temporary with potential for extension
Compensation:
£12.81 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record clear and concise minutes during conferences.
- Provide essential administrative support while working under pressure.
- Utilize various computer applications and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with care.
Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience in minute-taking is essential.
- Ability to listen attentively and capture critical information.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
- Proficient in typing and word processing skills.
- Capability to take initiative and collaborate within a team.
- Competence in multitasking.
- Experience within a local authority setting is desirable.
