Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Conference Minute Specialist to effectively document and organize minutes during Child Protection Conferences. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining precise records of discussions.

Employment Type:
Temporary, with potential for extension

Compensation:
£12.81 per hour

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately capture and record minutes during conferences.
  • Provide essential administrative support while managing multiple tasks.
  • Utilize various computer applications and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with care.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in minute-taking is essential.
  • Ability to listen attentively and extract key information from discussions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
  • Proficient in typing and word processing software.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective multitasking skills.
  • Experience with local authorities is preferred.
