Job Summary
Hays Technology is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a wide-reaching programme of work that will impact our customers for years to come. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the upgrade of core systems within our business, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of key infrastructure upgrades, including fibre broadband upgrades and associated cabling requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to maximise efficiency and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage finances to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
- Setup and define key programme milestones, gaining buy-in from stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Manage materials and implement effective risk management strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an enterprise-level Programme Manager is essential.
- Proven experience in implementation of key infrastructure upgrades.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work to targets and manage finances.
- Materials management experience.
- Effective risk management.
