Community Support Worker - Hamilton City/Cambridge

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? We are seeking empathetic and dedicated Support Workers to join our Community Services team. Whether you prefer flexibility or regular rostered shifts, we offer a range of permanent and casual opportunities.

What does a Support Worker do?

As part of our team, you will assist clients to achieve their goals and reach their full potential through practical and emotional support. Responsibilities may include:

  • Meal preparation and nutrition support
  • Community outings and social integration
  • Medication administration and personal care

Requirements:

  • Attitude - a genuine desire to help and support others
  • Previous healthcare or care-giving experience is advantageous
  • Healthcare qualifications are beneficial
  • Most positions require a full NZ drivers' licence and reliable transport
