We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate female learning disabilities support worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment where our clients can thrive.

About the Role

We are looking for a female learning disabilities support worker with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience to support our client in her own property. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team providing 24/7 support and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to our client, promoting independence and autonomy
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Support our client in engaging in activities and hobbies, promoting social inclusion and community participation
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements
