Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
  • Confidence in performing physical interventions, including restraint training.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
