- Assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Confidence in performing physical interventions, including restraint training.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
