Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Ilkeston.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you will play a vital role in their life.

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Contract options: All our services are 7 days a week with shifts between We prepare the rotas at least 12 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life
  • Annual leave entitlement based on hours accrued.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
