Financial Operations Manager

Due to the expansion of our organization, we are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to become a vital part of our finance team on a full-time basis. This position entails managing the daily financial operations of our Enforcement divisions within the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operational Profit & Loss managers to provide financial support.
- Assist in operational planning alongside key stakeholders to enhance delivery.
- Work with operational teams and other stakeholders to elevate financial understanding and awareness.
- Facilitate a thorough review process of financial and commercial data across the Group.
- Contribute to risk assessment initiatives and foster a culture of risk management throughout the organization.
- Support the development of Business Intelligence tools to provide insights that ensure control, profitable growth, and informed decision-making.
- Assist in formulating the Group's long-term financial strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Business Partner to ensure the provision of information that supports the ongoing management of the sector's financial health, including income, expenditure, and strategic planning.
- Help consolidate budgets and short-term forecasts to align with business needs.
- Review financial transaction data, such as client payments and ledger entries, for accuracy prior to processing.
- Assist in maintaining a dynamic risks and operations log.
- Ensure timely reporting and maintain the accuracy of all journal entries and final General Ledger balances.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and reports for operational leadership.
- Support internal stakeholders, particularly within Finance, to deliver timely, insightful, and precise monthly management information.
The ideal candidate will possess part or full qualifications in ACCA/CIMA/ACA. Experience in financial reporting and forecasting within a multi-site organization is essential, along with a solid understanding of financial systems and leveraging technology to meet reporting standards and timelines.
