Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

A well-established financial services firm with a strong reputation in the industry is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their growing team.

This firm provides comprehensive financial planning services across pensions, investments, inheritance tax, and wealth management, and has experienced consistent growth over the past few years.

The Role:

This role would be suitable for a professional with strong technical skills and a natural ability to build relationships, generate introductions, and create referrals to maintain a steady stream of business inquiries.

Due to an advisor's departure, there is a client book available for the incoming advisor, and the focus will be on nurturing existing relationships while developing new ones.

The firm offers an excellent bonus structure to reward strong performance and provide opportunities for advisors to maximize their earnings.

Additionally, the firm provides good administrative and paraplanning support, as well as a streamlined compliance process that utilizes technology to simplify the advice process.

Required Skills:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • Valid SPS and Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and cash-flow modeling
