About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our client, a growing privately owned business. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations and leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and transactions.
- Manage a small team of 3 and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
- Produce monthly management accounts and the financial information pack.
- Budgeting, planning, and forecasting to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
- Prepare and submit the annual statutory accounts, corporation tax, PAYE, and VAT returns.
- Improve and implement financial processes and internal controls to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Provide commercial analysis and management information to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive improvements and add value to the business.
