Job Overview:
General Summary:
This role is responsible for executing routine administrative, operational, financial, and customer service tasks associated with campus parking, transportation, and identification card operations.

Key Responsibilities: Execute front office functions, including but not limited to: Permit sales, citation processing, identification card issuance, cash drawer management, and general customer assistance. Oversee Print Services, ensuring adequate supplies such as paper, toner, and staples are available. Address any paper jams as they arise. Provide support by monitoring service requests and addressing them as necessary. Escalate issues to higher support tiers when required. Conduct parking enforcement activities, which include: Inspecting designated parking areas for violations of parking regulations, issuing citations to non-compliant vehicles, and maintaining parking equipment and technology. Operate a state enforcement vehicle while fulfilling job responsibilities. Essential Duties: Front Desk Operations Print Services Management Parking Enforcement Activities Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Capability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Required Qualifications: Experience in customer service roles Proficiency in computer usage within a Windows environment Possession of a valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Considerations: Experience handling cash transactions Background in an office setting. Experience in addressing customer inquiries and issues.
