We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager at one of our Mono-Brand Boutiques. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, developing our team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, and to develop and implement operational plans
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions

About You

  • A proven track record in retail management, ideally in a luxury or premium environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer engagement, and team development
  • A passion for luxury watches and a deep understanding of the TAG Heuer brand
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
