Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, and to develop and implement plans to achieve them
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to increase sales and customer loyalty

About You

  • You have a proven track record in retail management, ideally in a premium or luxury environment
  • You have excellent commercial awareness, with a strong understanding of clienteling, networking, and events management
  • You are a natural leader, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • You are commercially aware, with a strong understanding of business development and sales strategies
