Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Horley team at The Original Factory Shop. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in motivating and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and work with the team to deliver personalized experiences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth.
- Manage and maintain store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
