Assistant Manager - Fashion Retail
Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is seeking a talented Assistant Manager to join our team at a fabulous fashion store in Crawley. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, driving sales and KPIs, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales
- Manage and control budgets to ensure the store meets its financial targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
- Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for fashion and customer service
