We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager at one of our Mono-Brand Boutiques. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing retail team.
About the Role
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Manage and maintain a high-performing retail team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, strategies, and initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service and personalized experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to ensure our Mono-Brand Boutiques remain competitive and relevant
About You
- Proven track record in retail management, ideally in a luxury or premium environment
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of clienteling, networking, and events management
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver personalized experiences
- Ability to analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
